BERRIES 'N CREME OATMEALÂ
QUICK, EASY & DELICIOUS!
1/2 C Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, Dry Measure
1 C Water
5 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
Fresh Berries
Cook Oats according to directions.
Top with yogurt, berries and enjoy!

STRAWBERRY-MINT INFUSED WATERÂ
LIGHT AND REFRESHING!Â
1 C Fresh Strawberries, Sliced
1 Handful Fresh Mint
Water
Add mint to a pitcher and crush leaves slightly with a wooden spoon or pestle.
Add strawberries and fill pitcher with water.
Allow flavors to meld for a couple of hours or overnight in the fridge before serving.Â

MULTICOLORED SALADÂ
BRIGHT & BEAUTIFULÂ
4 Bell Peppers, Seeded and Sliced Lengthwise
1 Small Zucchini, Sliced
1 Small Yellow Squash, Sliced
4 C Fresh Baby Spinach
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place spinach in a bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet and add cut vegetables. Cook over medium-high heat until soft and peppers have a slight char.Â
Add cooked vegetables to spinach and toss well.
Enjoy!Â

ROASTED PEARSÂ
Great alongside game or poultry or topped with protein ice cream as dessert!
4 Ripe Pears
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Dried Rosemary

Preheat oven to 400 and lightly brush the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil.
Slice pears in half and scoop out the center core.
Place pears inside the baking dish, skin side down.
Drizzle pears with 2 Tbsp olive oil and use your fingers to oil over cut surfaces of pears.
Sprinkle with rosemary and bake 30-40 minutes, or until pears are soft and fragrant.Â
